2mm pale pink cubic zirconia gemstone in a solid 925 sterling silver, 4-prong setting for both security and maximum light. Simple and perfect. 

The 21 gauge post is 12 mm in total length and is available both in an L-bend or straight, if you prefer to shape it yourself. The L-bend standard dimensions are approx. 6.5 mm shaft, 5.5 mm tail. These are common dimensions that fit most noses, but let me know if you need the bend positioned differently or your post length altered.
